Sioux Central boys suffer low-scoring defeat

EMMETSBURG — A disappointing fourth period was the difference for Sioux Central in Emmetsburg in a low scoring boys affair in Twin Lakes action, Tuesday.

“I was really pleased with our effort tonight,” Sioux Central coach Stephen Tjaden said. “We knew we had to bring that, and our guys really responded.

He continued, “It was really a battle for both teams tonight to try and get some offense going, Everything was contested and nothing came easy.”
