ESTHERVILLE — The Iowa Lakes men’s basketball team moved to 20-5 overall on the season and 11-3 in Iowa Community College Athletic Conference play with a 89-66 win over Western Iowa Tech, and an 81-64 victory against No. 7 Kirkwood.

Against Western Iowa Tech, Wednesday, the Lakers were led by Jaedan Jefferson with 25 points. Kai Evans chipped in with 22 points, and Sam West added 10 points.

Western Iowa Tech was led by Jailyn Spears with 23 points.
