Funeral services for Bill Welle, 80, of Leawood, Kansas, formerly of Spencer, will be conducted at 1:30 p.m., Friday, Nov. 10, 2023, at Faith Lutheran Church, in Spencer. Pastor Ben Unseth will officiate at the service. Visitation will be one hour before the service at the church. Interment will be at North Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Spencer. Welle passed away Friday, Nov. 3, 2023, at Kansas City Hospice House in Kansas City, Missouri.
