Funeral services for Francis “Frannie” Joseph Hoffrichter will be conducted at 10:30 a.m., Friday, Nov. 18, 2022, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Milford. Rev. Brian Hughes will officiate the service. Interment will be at Summit Township Cemetery in rural Spencer. Military services will be conducted by American Legion Glen Pedersen Post No. 1 and VFW Clay Co. Post No. 3159.
