Haley Offerman received the Scholarship in Special Education Leadership from the Iowa Council for Administrators of Special Education (I-CASE). Presenting the award is Chris Wells, I-CASE secretary and regional administrator at Prairie Lakes AEA.

Offerman is a special education consultant and chairperson of that department at Prairie Lakes AEA. She will transition to a new role with the agency this fall, facilitator of professional learning — internal/external.
