The Spencer Chamber Ambassadors visited the Spencer Fire Department Tuesday to welcome new Fire Chief Jesse Coulson. Coulson and his wife relocated to Spencer from Dubuque where he served 20 years as a career firefighter. The Spencer Fire Department is made up of five full-time staff, including the fire chief, deputy fire chief and three firefighter/engineers, and 27 on call, part-time firefighters. (Photo submitted)
