An Alden, Minnesota, man is facing felony theft charges in Spencer after police say he stole more than $62,000 worth of collectible sports cards from an area business.

According to a criminal complaint filed by Spencer police officers, Jason Lee Pestorious and another man worked together to steal $62,030 worth of sports cards from Spencer Sports Cards and Comics in May 2023. Pestorious was scheduled to appear in court for a pre-trial conference on April 29, 2024.
