New study shows need for EMS coordinator, second 24/7 ambulance

The authors of a new study of emergency medical services available to Clay County residents are recommending that taxpayers at least partially fund a second full-time ambulance and a full-time EMS coordinator as part of a larger plan to improve the countywide emergency medical services system.
