DES MOINES — Four relay units representing the boys and girls Spencer Tigers track program will compete at the Drake Relays on the “Blue Oval.” The illustrious event, will include some of the top track and field athletes in the world this week. Action on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will see the state’s high school elite in competition.
