WEBSTER CITY—In a tight battle for the top spot among the Class 3A Region 1 girls golf field, a strong team showing of 369 by Spencer on the 18-hole Briggs Woods Golf Course in Webster City, left the Tigers out of the state meet field, finishing fourth overall among the 12 team field.
