Tiger coach Bob Schlaeger made the claim following the team’s 8-1 Lakes Conference windy win over Storm Lake Monday night at Spencer’s Riverview Courts.

He was able to pull from some of his team’s depth in the lopsided victory as extreme winds carried lobs all over the court, making it a low elevation strategy for the match.

“We are learning,” he said. “We were able to have some young players play up today.”
