Graveside services for Jean Bushey, 88, of The Plains, Ohio, formerly of Spencer, will be conducted at 10:30 a.m., Monday, April 28, 2025, at Fanny Fern Cemetery, in rural Webb. Rev. Tonna Parsons will officiate. Bushey passed away Sunday, April 20, 2025, at The Plains. Warner Funeral Home of Spencer is in charge of arrangements.
