‘12 Dancing Princesses’ coming to Treasure Village

MILFORD — It’s a mystery, a comedy, a fairy tale and all around good fun.

Treasure Village Children’s Theatre opens the summer season with “The 12 Dancing Princesses” on Tuesday, June 26. Set in the Jazz Age just after World War 1, a soldier tries to solve the mystery of how the 12 dancing princesses wear out their dancing shoes each night. Whoever solves the mystery can ask a princess to marry him. Performances include a fun opportunity for 10 princesses of all ages from the audience to join the fun onstage!

Performances of “The 12 Dancing Princesses” will be 10 a.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays, June 26 to July 14, and will continue on Fridays until Aug. 3. Tickets are $7 for ages 11 and up and $5.50 for ages 3-10. Face painting is available for $1.50 before and after the performances. For details call 712-337-3730 or visit www.treasurevillage.org.
