Merge N.O.W. Spencer brought more than 250 people together from several different churches in the area. The larger group worshipped for approximately four hours, coming together as the body of Christ, regardless of denomination. “Unity is what happened Friday night as people put aside worship differences and pursued the one true God together on one accord,” said Rev. Nick Hanges, with host Foundation Church. “Many lives were touched and healed through this event. There were multiple times of prayer, altar calls, and communion available throughout the evening. There was no offering taken and no promotion for any specific church or ministry. It was all about Jesus Christ.

“The churches involved will be planning other community worship events like this in the future and they will be held at a different venue each time.”

Organizers encourage more churches and worship teams to join next time to seek God together.
