Warrant results in 4 drug-related arrests
3 charged with intent to deliver meth
The execution of an arrest warrant for 34-year-old Stefanie Odom, of Spencer, resulted in a total of four drug-related arrests Friday evening.
Spencer Police, at approximately 5 p.m., arrived at 118 1/2 E. Park St. Apt. A, to serve the arrest warrant. When officers arrived on the scene, they were able to see drug paraphernalia inside the residence. A search of the residence resulted in the location of controlled substances and numerous pieces of drug paraphernalia. Following the search, three others in addition to Odom were taken into custody.
Odom was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver methamphetamine, and failure to affix a drug tax stamp; and misdemeanor possession of controlled substance, possession of controlled substance marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Also arrested were Edwin Gonzalez, 53, of Spencer; Dianna Payne, 29, of Spencer; and Jarrod Bandow, 42, of Sheldon.
Gonzalez was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver methamphetamine and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia.
Payne was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver methamphetamine and misdemeanor charges for possession of a controlled substance methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Bandow was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia.
All subjects were transported and booked into the Clay County Jail.
