ROYAL — A busy three days of activities for Royal Fun Days were highlighted by multiple Saturday events which began early with the annual Clay Central-Everly 4-H 3K/5K Fun Run and kicked off a day that included a new addition to the festivities, a car show which filled the parking spaces downtown. The kiddie parade marched between the polished collection of classic and new cars. Parade entries included (above) 8-year-old Aaliyah Van Ampting as Disney villain Cruella Deville.
Other kid's parade entries included (above) comic book favorites Nadia Martinez, 11, twin sisters Grace Hagedorn and Mattie Hagedoorn — both 10 and Kailee Spencer, 10.
Also in the Kid's parade was Emily Petersen, 7, as DC bad girl Harley Quinn.

Many other events included games for kids and adults, inflatables, a motorcycle ride and old car run, ice cream social, live music and community meals. (Photos by Randy M. Cauthron)
