Upper Des Moines Opportunity received 2,300 pounds of peanut butter and jelly from local Kiwanis Clubs' annual drive. This is the eighth year of the PB&J drive and the collected food goes to the UDMO food pantry available to low-income Clay County residents. The peanut butter and jelly was collected at Fareway, Hy-Vee and Wal-Mart on Saturday. Hy-Noon Kiwanis club member Tom Roti delivered the peanut butter and jelly to UDMO on Monday morning.
