Ugandan street foods sampled at library

The Spencer Public Library traveled to the streets of the capital of Uganda, Kampala, Thursday night as part of the Simply Delicious program, Passport: Taste the World series. The series has featured foods from Norway, Turkey, Venezuela and Vietnam.
