Auditions set for SCTs 'Honky Tonk Angels'

SCT Playhouse will bring to the stage a country musical from the playwright of "Always....Patsy Cline." In "Honky Tonk Angels," country classics combine with a hilarious story about three good ole gals who follow their dreams to Nashville. Songs include "Stand By Your Man," "Coal Miner's Daughter," "9 to 5," "I Will Always Love You" and "Harper Valley PTA."

Honky Tonk Angels has roles for three women. Auditions are being conducted at 7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 16, and Tuesday, Feb. 17, at the SCT Playhouse.

Rehearsals for Honky Tonk Angels begin March 23 and run Monday through Thursday evenings from 6:30-9:30 p.m. until opening night on May 16. SCT's production of Honky Tonk Angels is directed by Jan Edmondson and Kathy Krebsbach.
