Area youth pastors continue to meet at Cherish Center, finalizing plans for the annual No Apologies for Tweens and for Teens event on Tuesday and Wednesday, Jan. 22 and 23. The featured speaker is the popular Keith Deltano, a dynamic in-your-face youth communicator. No Apologies for Tweens (grades 5-8) is Tuesday evening at Faith Church in Spirit Lake. Doors open at 5:45 p.m. with supper served by Spenser's Underground followed by parents' session and kids' session at 6:30 p.m. The evening ends at 8:30 p.m.

No Apologies for Teens (Grades 7-12 plus) is on Wednesday at the Clay County Events Center in Spencer, with doors opening at 6 p.m. Parents' session and students' session will start in different rooms at 6:30 p.m. The evening will close at 8:45 p.m. Complimentary tickets for students are available at Cherish Center or through many area youth pastors.

It's Leland Schmidt from Faith Church in Spirit Lake, not Roland.
