Clay County 4-H hosted its annual 4-H Find Out Day at the Southpark Mall Saturday. More than 60 volunteers from the Clay County 4-H program were on hand to answer questions and share information on the ever-changing 4-H program. More than 20 clubs and project areas were represented to show just how diverse the program is. (Above) A Rabbit Committee member lets visitors get up close and personal with the rabbit project area. Clay County 4-H also debuted the 2013 SpIn book with more than 30 varied topic-specific events, most free to Clay County 4-Hers at 4-H Find Out Day. For those interested in grades 3-12 who were unable to attend 4-H Find Out Day, there is still time to enroll. Contact the Clay County Extension Office at 262-2264 or www.extension.iastate.edu/clay for more information. Enrollment Help Nights will also be conducted from 5-7 p.m. on Jan. 17 and 31 at the Clay County Extension Office.
