Brady Wee, 26, of Eshterville was arrested at 10:44 p.m. Jan. 8, at 409 First Ave. W. in Spencer, and charged with dissemination and exhibition of obscene material to a minor.

A 16-year-old runaway was taken into custody at 12:36 a.m. Jan. 12 at 216 Ash St. in Peterson and charged on a Polk County arrest warrant for violation of probation.

Amy Barajas, 31, of Spencer, was arrested at 2:28 a.m. Jan. 12 at 415 Fourth Ave. W. in Spencer, and charged with driving under suspension, no proof of insurance and on a Buena Vista County arrest warrant for contempt of court.

Andrew Lovig, 39, of Sanborn, was arrested at 2:10 a.m. Jan.13 at 330th Avenue and U.S. Highway 18, and charged with failure to have a valid driver's license and no proof of insurance.

Daniel Geiwitz, 33 of Orange City, was attempting to back into a farm drive at 10:22 p.m. Jan. 11 in the 4900 mile of 180th Avenue when the left rear tires of the trailer he was operating dropped off into the ditch, tipping the tractor and trailer onto the driver's side.

The 2006 Freightliner -- owned by Big Daddy Truck N of Orange City -- and a 2011 trailer -- owned by Meerdink Inc., of Orange City, suffered a combined $25,000 in estimated damages.

The Clay County Sheriff's Office was assisted by the Iowa State Patrol and Sioux Rapids Fire.
