Raymond F. Foxhoven
Raymond F. Foxhoven, 73, of Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away Thursday, Nov. 29, 2012, at his home with his family by his side.
Born March 11, 1939, in Crofton, Neb., the son of John and Mary. After years of health issues, he lost the battle with COPD. His wife of 44 years, Beulah (Bobbie) Foxhoven died in 2002 from cancer. He was a loving father and grandfather who enjoyed life to the fullest. Lived for his family and grandchildren. Lived and worked in Colorado for many years and after retirement from Jefferson County Schools he moved to Las Vegas, Nevada. He enjoyed going to the casinos and was very active with bowling for many years and competing in doubles with Greg in tournaments.
Survivors include: his children: Kim Enloe and husband, Mark of Colo., Greg Foxhoven and wife, Julie of California; four grandchildren: Sean, Josh and Daniel Jelosek of Colorado, and Michael Foxhoven of California; four sisters: Bernice Travor, of Paulina, Lorraine Hoger, of Spencer, Gladys Handy, of Spencer, and Connie (Darrell) Stave, of Spencer; and two brothers: Donald (Donna) Foxhoven and Dale (Diane) Foxhoven of Las Vegas.
