Historical Milford painting to be raffled

Local artist Jack Rees, pictured, has donated his original painting of downtown Milford circa 1960 to the Milford Commercial Club. The painting will be raffled on Saturday, Dec. 1, during the Holiday Fantasy soup and chili feed at the Milford Community Center. It has been on display at various Milford Commercial Club member businesses since fall. Raffle tickets are being sold for $5 each or 5 for $20. All proceeds will be used for local projects.
