Accident on beltway stalls traffic

The occupant of a vehicle is led from an accident scene in handcuffs after a red car collided with the rear of a tractor and trailer hauling dirt Tuesday afternoon. The accident, on the east beltway, just north of Highway 18, stalled traffic for a period of time. Details will appear in Thursday's Daily Reporter.

Handcuffs? Really? For an accident?? WOW! It is getting bad there!

You get put in handcuffs for drunk driving or drugs. Don't know just saying.
