Kruse said Harper, after years of service in the agronomy field, will match many of the characteristics Hessman offered to local clients when he begins his new duties Nov. 1.
"This is an exciting transition which will bring many opportunities to Pro-Crop clients," Harper said. "The new services will help clients further maximize their profits. I look forward to getting out in the country and networking with current and future clients to assist in continuing their agribusiness success."
Harper continued, "The familiar name of Pro-Crop will remain the same following the Nov. 1 transition. "
"Pro-Crop Farm Management has been successfully operated by Dave Hessman since 1992. Dave has the personal connections, the management expertise and the desire to assist families in the oversight of increasingly complex farming operations. We look forward to continuing the tradition of hard work, dedication and excellence that Dave Hessman has started," Kruse said.
Pro-Crop LLC plans on expanding throughout the region, which includes adding services not currently provided. This service may include adding crop insurance options and managed bushels capabilities.
