The Danger Dog

Volunteers at the Spencer Dream Center are daring fairgoers to take the Danger Dog challenge and bite into the quarter pound beef hot dog, wrapped in bacon, then deep fried. Super Danger Dog comes with a bun, chili and cheese. Wash either down with a frozen hot chocolate. The trailer is located outside the entrance to the grandstand.

  • What food isn't at the fair! I have had a couple of Danger Dogs, I think they are pretty good. A simple cleaver idea of something original out there to try. Also there fried seasoned sweet Corn is really good as well!! Give the Spencer Dream Center some of your business while at the fair and just see the good cause your dollars are going towards!!!

  • I wonder what the blue zone people think of the fair food. I love bacon, of course I love bacon, and I also love hotdogs. But I don't think that deep fried bacon hotdogs sound even tasty. I like peanut butter and chinese food too, but not at the same time. I don't know how peanut butter brocoli beef balls deep fried would taste. Probably not good. I love that fairs have the ability to put the most random crap in the fryer, charge $6, and make money hand over fist. That's the american dream at work! Big fan
