Sixty-three-year-old William Stofferan, of Sanborn, received only minor lacerations and bruises, after losing control of the 1999 Mack semi tractor and 2002 Walinga trailer he was operating near the intersection of Clay County Road M-27 and 380th Street just after 9 a.m. Monday. The semi tractor and trailer, traveling southbound on M-27, crossed the centerline and entered the east ditch, crossing over 380th Street, and coming to rest on its side.
