"I am excited to be an EF Foundation student ambassador," Warren said. "I have made many friends with past EF Foundation students and I can't wait to make new friends from around the world this year with the students coming to spend a school year here in the Midwest. It is fun to serve as a guide to our community and share our American way of life. I also learn a lot about their countries and cultures from the Students that come to our high schools in the area through the EF Foundation Program."
Warren will strive to convey the value of exchange throughout his community and help ensure a positive experience for international exchange students who are living and studying in the Spencer area for the 2012-13 school year.
"Dustin will be a tremendous asset to our organization," Janet Dillard, international exchange coordinator for EF Foundation for Foreign Study, said. "By having enthusiastic voices in the schools and the community, we are able to extend our message about global awareness through exchange. It will be wonderful having Dustin on board. Over the past two years he has taken our EF students under his wing and made sure that they felt welcomed and made sure that they always felt like they were included in things with other students at Spencer High School. We are so happy to have him helping us share our America, one student at a time."
