McCauley was arrested and charged with felony delivery of a controlled substance, and possession of pseudoephedrine with the intent to manufacture methamphetamine - also a felony.
Following the arrest, deputies seized multiple items and substances consistent with the manufacture of methamphetamine from McCauley's vehicle.
He was taken to the Clay County Jail and is being held on $100,000 cash only bond.
The conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine investigation is ongoing and additional arrests are expected.
