Helen May Schneckloth, 82, of Enon, Ohio passed away Saturday, April 7, 2012.
She was born Sept. 12, 1929, in Huron, S.D. to the late Dale Henry and Gladys Elva Packard. Helen retired from Baxter Travenol Laboratories where she set up quality control offices all around the world. She and her husband, Donald, served as Stephen Ministers for the Bella Vista Community Church in Bella Vista, AR. She was also an active member of the church choir. Helen belonged to the Sisterhood of P.E.O. She graduated in 1981 with a B.A. from the National College of Education in Evanston, IL. She was included in the Who's Who of American Women in 1983 and 1984.
Helen is survived by four children: Peter (Sherry) Schneckloth of Salem, Wis., and their daughter, Christy, Jeri (Robert) Butler of Springfield, Ohio, and their four children: Brandon, Emily (Steve), Kyle (Stacey) and James, Sue (Robert) Cordell of Pickerington, Ohio and their three children: Nicholas, Elizabeth and Michael, and Cynthia Schneckloth and her three children: Hilary, Sara and Blake; she also has a brother, Robert (Marilyn) Packard, and two great-grandsons: Brandon and Oliver.
Funeral services are at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 14, 2012, at Union Grove Congregational Church of Christ, 1106 11th Ave., Union Grove, Wis. 53182. Helen's final resting will be at Memory Gardens, Arlington Heights, Ill., with her husband, Don, and dog, Elliot.
