Services for Imogene N. Gardner, formerly of Terril, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 20, at United Methodist Church in Terril.

Visitation will be for one hour prior to the service at the church.

Mrs. Gardner passed away Thursday, Jan. 14, 2010, at Midland Hospice in Topeka, Kan.

Imogene N. (Zenor) Gardner was born in Terril Aug. 4, 1920. She married Wade Gardner on Aug. 20, 1940. He preceded her in death in 1963. She lived in Terril until 2000, when she moved to Topeka.

She was preceded in death by her husband; a son, Richard Gardner of Eugene, Ore.; a granddaughter; two great-granddaughters; and her brother, Alfred Zenor.

She is survived by her children: Karen (Bob) Hillman of Aitkin, Minn., Bill (Diane) Gardner of Sioux City, Terry (Gayle) Gardner of Topeka, James Gardner of Topeka, Patricia (Kevin) Byers of Topeka, Scott Gardner of Sioux City; daughter-in-law, Janice Gardner of Eugene, Ore.; 28 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and a sister, Wanda Keena of Mitchell, S.D.

Memorial contributions may be made in her memory in lieu of flowers to Midland Hospice Care, 200 SW Frazier Circle, Topeka, KS 66606.
