Chase James Hagedorn, 19, Dickens, was charged with driving while license suspended/mandatory revocation at 1:18 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 24. He was transported to the Clay County Jail.

Tyler John Harkema, 28, Spencer, was arrested on a Clay County warrant at 10:01 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 21, in the 200 block of West Fourth Street. He was transported to the Clay County Jail.

Laura Gean McGuire, 55, Spencer, was charged with criminal trespass at 12:33 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 21, in the 800 block of East Third Street. She was released on a citation.

Robert Joseph Clinkenbeard, 24, Spencer was arrested on a Clay County warrant at 8:04 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 22, in the 700 block of 11th Street Southwest.

Jesse Dean Kruger, 28, Hanska, Minn., was charged with public intoxication at 8:27 p.m. Friday, Oct. 23, in the 800 block of West 18th Street. He was transported to the Clay County Jail.

Juan Pavon Chavez, 25, Spencer, was charged with disturbing the peace at 2:06 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 24, in the 700 block of First Avenue Southeast. He was released on a citation.

Eric Matthew Nitzschke, 33, Spencer, was charged with public intoxication at 2:57 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 25, in the 10 block of South Grand Avenue. He was transported to the Clay County Jail.

Timothy Scott Vanderhaag, 44, Spencer, was charged with domestic abuse assault at 9:46 a.m. Monday, Oct. 26, in the 1200 block of West Fourth Street. He was transported to the Clay County Jail.

Troy Leland Smith, 42, Spencer, was arrested on a Clay County warrant at 2:56 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 28, in the 100 block of West Sixth Street. He was transported to the Clay County Jail.

Todd Michael Shaw, 43, Ayrshire, was charged with driving while license suspended at 10:46 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 28, in the 1000 block of South Grand Avenue. He was transported to the Clay County Jail.

Justin Lewis Lange, 24, Spencer, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at 8:57 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 29, in the 400 block of East Milwaukee. He was transported to the Clay County Jail.

Cody James Millard, 18, Spencer, was charged with a probation violation at 9:14 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30, in the 400 block of First Avenue West. He was transported to the Clay County Jail.

A 17-year-old male was charged with possession of alcohol under age at 11:23 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30, in the 700 block of South Grand Avenue.

Lee Freeman Thompson, 19, Milford, was charged with possession controlled substance and drug paraphernalia at 10:53 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 31, at Fourth Avenue West and West Eighth Street. He was transported to the Clay County Jail.

Brandon Lee Putnam, 26, Spencer, was charged with public intoxication at 12:56 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, in the 600 block of East 19th Street. He was transported to the Clay County Jail.

Lori Lynn Miller, 33, Spencer, was charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct at 2:52 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, in the 800 block of Grand Avenue. She was transported to the Clay County Jail.

Danny Lee Jurries, 23, Linn Grove, was charged with OWI-first offense, possession controlled substance-marijuana and drug paraphernalia at 4:31 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, in the 400 block of Fourth Street Southwest. He was transported to the Clay County Jail.

Dennis Williams, 18, Spencer, was arrested on a Dickinson County warrant at 1:37 p. m. Saturday, Nov. 7, in the 100 block of Fourth Street Southeast. He was transported to the Clay County Jail.

Jenny Lee Victor, 47, Spirit Lake, was charged with OWI-first offense and open container at 10:35 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, in the 300 block of West Fifth Street. She was transported to the Clay County Jail.

Nanette April Sanow, 35, Spencer, was charged with supplying alcohol to a minor at 11:03 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, in the 100 block of West Third Street. She was transported to the Clay County Jail.

Dane Lawrence Kramer, 21, Spencer, was charged with littering at 3:37 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 8, in the 600 block of Sixth Avenue South. He was cited and released.

Michael James Haraldson, 25, Spencer, was charged with OWI/Drugged-second offense at 3:41 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 8, in the 600 block of East Park Street. He was transported to the Clay County Jail.

Rebecca Joelle Thomas, 20, Spencer, was charged with burglary-third degree at 12:41 p.m. Monday, Nov. 9, in the 500 block of West Fifth Street. She was transported to the Clay County Jail.

Accident

Gerald Jensen, 71, Aurelia, was traveling west on Highway 10 in a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee at approximately 5:40 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 4, when a deer ran in front of his vehicle. Jensen struck the deer with the left front side of the vehicle. The deer was killed in the accident. Damage to the Jeep was estimated at $6,000.
