Adrea was born in Spencer Feb. 25, 1939, the eldest daughter of Homer Elmer and Elsie Fern (Howard) Rorah. She passed away in Redmond, Ore., on Oct. 16, 2009, from complications of COPD and asthma.
Adrea was raised in Spencer, then moved to the San Francisco area in her early twenties. She was working in the banking industry when she met and married Robert Kemnitz and had her only child, Krista. They moved to Bend, Ore., in 1968 where Adrea worked at U.S. Bank; was the manager of Bend Troy Laundry and worked for many years at CBI Collections earning many national awards.
Adrea was a very talented and gifted woman in crafts, needlepoint, stained glass, gardening, landscaping and cooking.
In 1989, Adrea married Richard Nuti, moving to Roseburg, Ore., where she lived for several years before moving to Redmond, Ore.
Adrea was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Judy (age 4); and husband, Richard Nuti.
She is survived by her special granddaughter, Ashley Claiborne, Roseburg, Ore.; brothers: Bob (Lorena) Rorah, Spencer, and Bill (Mary Jane) Rorah, Dassel, Minn.; sister, Linda Cardanini, Placerville, Calif.; brother, Archie (Mindy) Lachner, West Linn, Ore.; sister, Carolyn (Chris) Weaver, Rancho Cordova, Calif.; daughter Krista Claiborne; grandsons: Timothy and Bradley, Coos Bay, Ore.; and many other loving family and friends.
Her wish for all who read this is to encourage the cessation of smoking.
