Author, illustrator to speak at South Clay, Sioux Central

Betsy and Giulio Maestro will visit with students at South Clay Elementary School and Sioux Central Community School this week. The Maestros, who have written and illustrated children's non-fiction books since 1974, have written and illustrated over 100 books.

The author and illustrator are scheduled to give presentations to Sioux Central preschool and elementary students on Thursday, April 2 at 10:30 a.m., 12:30 and 2:30 p.m. These presentations will also be open to the public.

The Maestros will then appear at South Clay on Friday, April 3, where they will offer presentations at 9, 10:15 and 11:15 a.m.
