Tyler Wolthuis, 23, Fostoria, was arrested Monday on Clay County arrest warrants for possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver, drug tax stamp violation and possession of drug paraphernalia following from a search Feb. 25 at 16 Highway Avenue Southwest in Fostoria. The search turned up several pieces of drug paraphernalia and approximately 1.3 pounds of marijuana.
Deputies and members of the Iowa State Patrol placed 18-year-old Micah Meloccaro, 22-year-old Jesse Clark and 23-year-old Joshua Coddington under arrest at the scene.
All three men and Wolthuis lived at the location. They were were transported to the Clay County Jail without incident, according to Clay County Sheriff Randy Krukow.
"This has been an ongoing investigation by the Clay County Sheriff's Office and the Iowa Great Lakes Drug Task Force," Krukow said, following the arrests in February. "It's one of many and we are diligent in our efforts and will continue to root out drug dealing and use in Clay County."
Meloccaro, Clark, and Coddington face were all charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver, a Class D felony, drug tax stamp violation, a Class D felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor. They were each held on a $5,000 cash or surety bond.
