Meloccaro, Clark, and Coddington were all charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver, a Class D felony, drug tax stamp violation, a Class D felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor. They were each held on a $5,000 cash or surety bond.
