Four young adults from northwest Iowa face charges after a tip led deputies to an underage drinking party near Fostoria.

Members of the Clay County Sheriff's Office received the tip at about 12:16 a.m. Saturday and found the party at 2115 280th Street in rural Fostoria. Citations were issued to 18-year-old Jessica Meyer of Milford, 20-year-old Justin Sorensen of Estherville and 20-year-old Austin Cope of Clarion. They were cited for possession of alcohol under the legal age.

A fourth person, 18-year-old Ashley Opheim of Milford was uncooperative and refused to sign a citation. She was then arrested and taken to the Clay County Jail.
