The Lakes Area ECI met recently at Elinor Bedell State Park in Spirit Lake, and Kevin Robinson with Common Cents Coaching was the featured speaker, offering a talk on the various generations of workers in the workforce and what motivates each generation. There were 22 people in attendance.
