Overcast skies kept temperatures on the fairgrounds unseasonably cool Wednesday. The wind blew all day, but the day went on as planned, with no moisture during daylight hours to spoil things. The forecast for Thursday isn't as promising, but the shows, events and activities will go on as planned. Contact the fairgrounds for information about the stock car races should the weather become an issue today.
