Abby Johnson and Will Freeman, along with their parents, are pleased to announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.
Abby is the daughter of Randy and Terrie Roede of Pierre, S.D. and Douglas L. Johnson of Spencer. Abby is a 1997 graduate of Spencer High School and 2004 graduate of the LPN nursing program in Emmetsburg. She is currently employed as a nurse with The Pride Group in Primghar.
Will is the son of Fred and Judy Broadie of Ruthven, and the late Bill Freeman of Ft. Dodge. Will is a 1997 graduate of Ruthven Ayrshire High School. He currently is a Sergeant in the Iowa National guard and is employed by Midwestern Mechanical in Spencer.
The couple is planning a Sept. 27, 2008, wedding at Bethany Lutheran Church in Spencer.
