Melissa and Matthew Heidesch

Melissa Fear and Matthew Heidesch were united in marriage Nov. 3, 2007, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Remsen. Fr. Bill McCarthy officiated the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Mark and Julie Brehmer of Spencer and Brad and Phyllis Fear of Everly. The groom is the son of Pete and Sharon Heidesch of Remsen.

Maid of Honor was Jackie Fear, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Ashley Roberts, Steph Mugge, Heather Dean and Natalie Meyer, friends of the bride. Flower girl was Morgan Peterson, friend of the bride. Luke Heidesch, brother of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen were Adam Ney, cousin of the groom, Nate Treinen, Shaun Wolf, and Nic Meyer, friends of the groom.

Melissa is currently employed as a caseworker for PACE Juvenile Center in Des Moines and is earning her Masters of Social Work through the University of Iowa. Matt is employed as a warehouse lead at Dickten Masch Plastics.

The couple is making their home in Ankeny.
