Kelly Whitacre and Dereck Graplar

Kelly Whitacre and Dereck Graplar are happy to announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.

Kelly is the daughter of Terry Whitacre and Dianne Whitacre of Algona. She is a graduate of Algona High School and Iowa Central Community College in Fort Dodge. She is currently employed at Iowa Lake Regional Water.

Dereck is the son of Larry and Beverly Graplar of Granada, Minn. He is a graduate of Martin Luther High School and Iowa Lakes Community College in Estherville. He is currently employed at Maurer Manufacturing, Inc.

The couple are planning an Aug. 1, 2009, wedding.
