SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) -- The driver was killed Wednesday when his car went into the ditch, overturned and then rolled over a second vehicle stopped at an intersection.
The Highway Patrol identified the victim of the accident on Sioux Falls' west side as 76-year-old Myron Voss of Spencer. The patrol said the Voss vehicle was traveling at a high speed on the 45-mph street. Occupants of the parked vehicle were not hurt. Comments
