Stephanie Mugge and Paul Thomas are proud to announce their engagement and approaching marriage.
Stephanie is a Spanish teacher at Sioux City Heelan, and Paul is a student and employed at Western Iowa Tech Community College in Sioux City.
Parents of the couple are Jeff Mugge of Grimes and Penny and Kirby Bussell of Spencer.
An Aug. 9, 2008, wedding is planned.
