Local camp nets 150 athletes

The Spencer girls basketball program wrapped up two consecutive weeks of camps hosted by head coach Don Martindale and a staff of Spencer coaches on Friday. One hundred fifty campers in grades 4-12 were instructed on the fundamentals of basketball, while competing in various contests throughout the camp. Pictured on top are first-week campers in grades 4-8 and the camp coaches; pictured on bottom are second-week campers in grades 9-12, the Tigers high school coaching staff and camp trainers.
