Shantel Wilkening and Chad Cooke

Patti and Rod Wilkening of State Center and Donna and Dave Cooke of Spencer are proud to announce the engagement of their children Shantel Wilkening of Ankeny and Chad Cooke of Ankeny.

Shantel is a graduate of West Marshall High School in State Center and the Professional Cosmetology Institute in Ames. Shantel is employed at J C Penney Salon in Ames as a cosmetologist.

Chad is a graduate of Spencer High School and The University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls. Chad is employed with Wells Fargo Financial in Des Moines as a metrics specialist in risk management.

Their wedding will take place at the Trinity Lutheran Church in State Center on Aug. 9, 2008.
