Funeral servies for Mrs. Kay Hoeppner, 64, will be held at 10:30 a.m., today, Wednesday, July 16, 2008, at First Lutheran Church of Milford.

Interment will take place at Lone Tree Cemetery in Everly.

Kay passed away Saturday, July 12, 2008, at Spencer Municipal Hospital.

Kameron Kay Hoeppner was born Sept. 9, 1943, in Milford, the daughter of Harvey and Gladys (Jensen) Madsen. She was raised and educated in Milford, finishing her final year of high school in California.

Kay was united in marriage to Robert Hoeppner on Dec. 6, 1968. The couple made their home in Hartley, where they raised their family, until moving to Spencer in 2003.

Kay was a member of First Lutheran Church in Milford. She was also a member of the Second Chance for Life Transplant Support Group.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and a son, Mike Hoeppner.

She is survived by her husband, Robert; son, Todd and wife, Gail of Spencer; daughter, Kristie and husband, Kevin of Charles City; and four grandchildren.
