Deputies pulled up to the a parked car with hazard lights flashing and eventually filed drug-related charges against the driver.

Timothy Knight, 49, of Spencer was parked with a female passenger at 10:11 p.m. Thursday in the Ocheyedan Gun Range parking lot. A search of the vehicle turned up drug paraphernalia and marijuana. The marijuana possession charge is a serious misdemeanor. The paraphernalia charge is a simple misdemeanor. He was released on bond.
