Theresa Spurlin and Mike Severson

Glenn and Kim Primeau, of Inver Grove Heights, Minn., and Dave and Connie Severson, of Spencer, would like to announce the engagement of their children, Theresa Spurlin and Mike Severson.

Theresa has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and is working on her Masters in Human Resources at Capella University. She is currently employed at Rasmussen College as an Admissions Counselor.

Mike has a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Management and is currently employed at Spring Hill Suites in West Des Moines as general manager.

The couple is planning an Aug. 2, 2008, wedding.
